I've been coaching since 2007, and have demonstrated success with clients who create lasting change. Whether you are struggling to shift a compulsive behavior with an addiction, or ready to take your growth to the next level, coaching can help. I am committed to a strengths-based approach. I have expertise in motivational interviewing, recovery coaching, regenerative design modeling, and draw upon a variety of psycho-educational approaches.
